"I was already somewhat of a State Farm fan, due to how well my parents have been taken care of for the past 53+ years. However, I personally had never made the switch from Alfa... I'd been with them for roughly 27-28 years, and I'm not really a fan of change. Well, it's funny how an INSANE insurance rate on a new vehicle (even with a perfect driving record and good credit score) can make you CRAVE change!! Mom and I went into Cody's office, since we had some things to take care of with her policies, and I decided to go ahead and "just get a quote" from Shelby on my new Pathfinder. I figured it wouldn't kill me just to CHECK their rates. Well, Shelby did an exact replica of my Alfa coverage, and OH. MY. GOSH. Why didn't I switch when we first moved down here, almost two years ago?! Why didn't I switch before that?! We decided to increase certain coverages, so the policy was even BETTER than my existing Alfa policy, yet it STILL came in at LESS THAN HALF of what I would have to pay if I stayed with Alfa!! Needless to say, after many, many years, I FINALLY made the switch! Shelby was absolutely amazing, super efficient, and I could tell she really knew her stuff. I had no questions that went unanswered, and I honestly feel like I've become part of a really big family! I have zero doubts that if I need to speak to someone in the office, or have any issues at all, I'm in very good (and very capable) hands. ☺️"
